The right service for every certified communication
Two distinct families: the eIDAS-qualified service (SERCQ) and the certified delivery and signature services (SERC and FES). Four services in all, calibrated to different levels of evidentiary value: fast send, certified delivery with content proof, eIDAS-qualified delivery (SERCQ, art. 44) and integrated simple electronic signature.
SERCQ
tNoticeQ, our eIDAS-qualified service
tNoticeQ is qualified under art. 44 of Regulation (EU) 910/2014 and listed in the EU Trusted List. Strong identification of sender and recipient via SPID or CIE, with the legal presumption set by art. 43.2 eIDAS.
SERC
Certified delivery and integrated signature
Certified electronic delivery services (SERC) for communications requiring proof of dispatch or content, and a simple electronic signature module (FES) integrated into the delivery process.
